As we move through the end of summer and approach the Autumn Equinox, there is a seasonal energy shift, which cultures all around the world have honored for thousands of years. It is known as the time of the harvest; time to reap what we have sown and practice gratitude. During the Equinox the celestial equator aligns with the sun, creating an equilibrium on the planet. In yogic tradition, it is believed that, during this time, one has the best possibility of transcending limitations and creating a balanced state of being.
