During these sessions, we use Essential Energy work and sacred sound to harmonize discordant thoughts and emotions, unblock stagnate energy, and increase flow. Through optimal imagining we break conditionings and belief systems that are not in rhythm, and move into into a frequency of optimal health and manifestation. 

Essential Energy is the life force within the body. This life force increases as you balance your auric field. All life holds this energy. When you connect with the pulse of the universe, with the sounds of the universe, you become a conduit between heaven and earth. And you activate this energy within you.
